We’re looking for a Finance Administrator with a fantastic attention to detail and organisational skills, for a new Temp to Perm job, working for a large business, based on the outskirts of Banbury.

The Role

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for handling a range of goods-in and basic finance admin support.

The role requires someone with a methodical approach to their work, can-do attitude and some previous office admin or basic accounts admin experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculating loading costs
  • Book in good received – handling paperwork
  • Booking deliveries
  • Posting invoices to Purchase Ledger
  • Matching invoices with relevant paperwork
  • Liaising internally about deliveries and queries

Skills & Experience

  • Previous office admin experience – minimum 1 year
  • Microsoft Office – particularly Excel – able to manipulate data and basic use of formulas
  • Confident, friendly telephone manner and general communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Methodical and accurate

37.5 working hours per week
