We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef for this busy, fresh food restaurant, within high-end hospitality at Silverstone Race Circuit. As Sous Chef you will be highly organised and have experience in a high volume operation.

We are looking for a sous chef who is a natural leader. You will work closely with the head chef in recruiting, training and motivating the team in delivering excellent service throughout the operation.

The sous chef will have a good understanding of GP, health & safety and stock control.

The job is also a rare opportunity for a Chef working day shifts within fine-dining – predominantly Monday – Friday, 06:30am – 15:00pm, with occasional evening and weekend overtime – 40+ hours per week.

This is a fine dining role which requires:

  • Preparing all dishes, sauces etc from scratch, with fresh ingredients
  • Own transport essential
  • Proven craft skills
  • Pro-active and flexible approach to work duties
  • Good team player
  • Willingness to learn and develop
