Sole Payroll Advisor

We are extremely happy to be working with this well-known local business who have a very proud history within Banbury.

They require a sole payroll advisor to manage the start to finish payroll activity across a multi-frequency payroll. The role would ideally suit a candidate who has worked in-house in either a sole role or supervisory capacity within a manufacturing or blue-collar type-environment.

Reporting to Human resources your main duties will be:

  • Start to finish payroll processing including input of starters and leavers
  • Processing all statutory calculations
  • Ensuring RTI and Auto-Enrolment is managed appropriately
  • Importing, check and input data from T&A system
  • Handling Expenses
  • Dealing with payroll queries either face to face or via phone / email
  • Handling international payroll
  • Manage company car policy and dealing with 3rd party services
  • Produce P11D’s and keep any appropriate information up to date

You will need:

  • Start to finish payroll experience
  • Ideally T&A / HR System experience
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communications
  • Customer-centric attitude and happy going extra-mile

Salary up to £30,000 (DOE)
