We’re recruiting for a demanding, yet rewarding Senior Project Manager, working for an impressive, Banbury-based Events business both in the UK and overseas.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams in order to develop new business and deliver creative and successful events, from conception, through to delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring great energy and enthusiasm to the role, together with an influential, switched-on and professional image. You will also be able to draw upon strong event and project management expertise, in order to deliver business goals. The role will entail significant travel both throughout the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal project managers, in formulating job quotations and proposals
  • Briefing of Events Team, ensuring they are clear on objectives & tasks
  • Negotiating booking terms
  • Single point of contact for events / projects, once confirmed – formulating event details and itineries
  • Attending client meetings
  • Making bookings and arrangements for confirmed events
  • Preparation of job costing sheets
  • When required, attend and host events
  • Ensure events are properly staffed
  • Work with accounts department with regards to prepayments, extra costings and cash requirements
  • Carry post-events de-briefing

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience of corporate events and projects – ideally from an agency background

  • Full UK Driving license

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:30pm
