Do you have previous secretarial experience, together with fast and accurate keyboard skills?

We’re recruiting for a Secretarial Support role, working for a busy consultancy business, based in Banbury. This will be working predominantly at the Banbury office, as well as 1 day per week in the business’ Leamington office.

The job will require someone with particularly good attention to detail and accuracy, together with basic secretarial skills, for example copy-typing and admin support.

The Role

  • Typing of letters and reports
  • Sending emails on behalf of the director
  • Chasing internal staff for comments to include in reports
  • Copy typing
  • Good knowledge of MS Word – Basic Powerpoint would be an advantage but not essential

Working hours: Monday – Friday; 09:00am – 18:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
