We’re recruiting for a varied new Sales Support Administrator job, working for an international bespoke solutions business, based at their Brackley site.

The Role

The Sales Support Administrator will be a key role within the Event Sales team, providing a wide range of company wide admin support. 

The ideal candidate will be able to bring energy, get-up-and-go and a can-do attitude. You’ll be well organised, good communication skills and a hands-on attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update project management and sales information on system
  • Event sales team admin support
  • Maintain CRM system & SAP
  • Update contract data and calculations as and when required to
  • Oversee Client satisfaction survey process
  • Complete meeting notes
  • Support tender submission working to strict deadlines
  • Any other ad-hoc admin support for other internal departments

Skills & Experience

  • Previous sales support / admin experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, can-do attitude
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Good problem solver
  • Self-motivated
