The Role

The purpose of the Recruitment Consultant will be to work with existing client base, in fulfilling their recruitment needs. There will also be a strong emphasis on building and expanding new business opportunities and growing the client base still further.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing live vacancies, including arranging & confirming candidate interviews, preparing candidates & gathering interview feedback
  • Identify new prospect business opportunities, gaining information through research & telemarketing activity
  • Building new & existing client relationships – including face to face client meetings / visits
  • Build a strong understanding of clients’ businesses and requirements
  • CV searching and responding to applications
  • Screening and interviewing candidates, both over the phone & face-to-face
  • Regular contact with registered candidates
  • Preparing candidate details for client submission
  • General administration, including updating candidate/client details on database & ensuring trackers and planners are up to date
  • Assisting in the writing and updating of job adverts

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a dynamic recruitment role OR strong B2B sales background
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record in building rapport with others
  • Experience working within a sales or marketing environment
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-orientated environment
  • Organised and logical in approach to work
  • Highly self-motivated, strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Full driving license and car – for visiting clients

Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 09:00am – 17:00pm
