Are you an accurate and motivated Administrator, with proven experience from within a fast-paced office environment?

We’re recruiting for a new Payroll Administrator vacancy, working for an established specialist business, based in Milton Keynes.

The Role

Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader, the Payroll Administrator will deliver accurate and reliable admin support, ensuring all payrolls and payroll queries and handled accurately and to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure payrolls are filed accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with sales team, ensuring payments / invoices are correct
  • Handling incoming department calls & e-mails
  • Ad-hoc support duty for line manager and wider team
  • Attend meetings

Skills & Experience

  • Previous admin or payroll support experience – minimum 1+ years
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Methodical
  • Self-motivated
  • Positive, candidate attitude
