Based just outside of Banbury (North Oxfordshire), our client is a prestigious and renowned organisation within the local community. They require a part-time Payroll Administrator to support the HR team with accurate and timely payroll administration. You will be required to work 20 hours per week across x5 days (however some flexibility on hours) in order to ensure all employees are paid.

This role would ideally suit a candidate with Payroll experience and strong work ethic, able to self-motivate and organise themselves according to the workload.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collate, prepare and provide monthly payroll figures for review by FD before sending to payroll service provider
  • Act as first point of contact for all Payroll queries from employees
  • Assist with any ad-hoc HR administration
  • Assist with reference requests
  • Keep any relevant documents for audit
  • Offer employees support when necessary

Experience required:

  • 3 years experience in administration of accounts or payroll
  • Accurate and methodical approach
  • Well-organised
  • Previous use of systems and MS packages
