The role will encompass Accounts Payable, Sales Invoicing, Bank Reconciliations and Expenses processing. It would ideally suit a candidate with experience in the above looking to work part-time (School hours perfect) ad looking for a new challenge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accounts Payable – receiving, checking and ensuring invoices are correct
  • Checking payment terms and raising any related issues with management or stakeholders
  • Weekly Payment Runs ensuring suppliers paid promptly in accordance with agreements
  • Processing Ad-hoc payments if required
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Analysis of Employee Expenses
  • Assist with month-end activities
  • Assist with cover for credit controller
  • Ad-hoc duties including making purchases for office items

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in similar role or within accounts function to date
  • Used to using Accounting Software and Ms Excel
  • Team Player happy to assist whenever needed
