We’re recruiting for an influential Global Sales Executive, for a new job, working for an exciting business near Warwick. The role will include frequent travel to events around the world.

The Role

The Global Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new sponsors for an annual programme of events throughout the world, ensuring revenue targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of B2B / sponsorship experience. A well-rounded knowledge of HR, Talent Management and training with also be of benefit, but not essential.

Key attributes include strong self-motivation, consistent target driven approach and a fantastic relationship builder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing prospects and sales pipeline
  • Delivering sales targets
  • Setting up and attending meetings with prospect sponsors
  • On-going research of relevant sponsors
  • Attending company events globally
  • Handling telephone and e-mail enquiries
  • Maintaining CRM

Skills & Experience

  • Proven Sponsorship Sales experience
  • Flexibility to attend international events on a regular basis (may also include weekend travel)
  • Highly self-motivated & target driven
  • Natural rapport builder and influential communicator
  • A degree will be beneficial

Basic starting salary of £25,000 – £30,000, with an uncapped commission structure.
