We’re recruiting for a new, varied French-speaking Customer Service Advisor role, working for a specialist business, supplying customers globally.

The Role

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering first-rate customer service to all the business’ France-based customers, both by phone an e-mail. Therefore native French-speaking skills will be essential for the role, as well as good communication and meticulous accuracy.

The role is in quite a quirky, rural setting near Banbury, as part of a small, very friendly team. You’ve also got to be an animal lover with various animals on site!

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service support via telephone & e-mail
  • Order-related administration
  • Process enquiries & orders
  • Liaise with couriers
  • Resolve order issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Other customer service duties to support additional global territories

A great aspect of this position is that your hours can alternate between

  • 2 weeks 9 – 5:30pm Monday – Friday followed by
  • 1 week 6 – 2:30pm Monday – Friday (this early start can be worked from home).
