A new challenge for a hands-on and results-driven Finance Supervisor, for a specialist business, based in Brackley.
The Role
Reporting in the UK Managing Director, the Finance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a smoothly ran accountancy & finance function, managing and interpreting budgets, reports, accounts and financial statements. You will also oversee one Finance Assistant.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Accounting tasks such as general & asset ledger, accounts receivable & payable & Month end
- Tax accounts tasks: VAT & Corporation Tax
- Audits
- Finance tasks such as treasury management, bank & lease financing & presentation of annual statements
- Variety of monthly reporting responsibilities
- Liaising with auditor
- Preparing annual budget & resulting variance analysis
- Monthly / year-end forecasting
Skills & Experience
- Approximately 5 years’ experience within a similar, pivotal all-encompassing finance role
- Good working knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Office
- Influential communicator
- Willingness for occasional travel overseas
