We’re recruiting for a proactive Customer Services Team Leader, with strong leadership skills & experience, working for a Bicester-based wholesaler.

The Role

Reporting in the Team Manager, the purpose of the Customer Services Team Leader will be to oversee the day-to-day client services function and providing a strong link between customer services and sales.

The business are looking for a switched-on, up-beat and motivational personality, who will lead by example and maintain high standards of customer service and administration across the small client services team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Building working relationships with customers, handling enquiries and complaints, proactively and effectively
  • Communicating regularly with team, making clear, the main focuses, deadlines and areas to improve
  • New starter training
  • Monitoring team performance
  • Contributing to any social media updates and communications

Skills & Experience

  • Previous staff management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills – V Look-ups
  • Great people skills and customer focus, able to act as a pivotal link between sales & customer service
  • Ability to manipulate and analyse data
  • Exceptionally well organised and proactive when working under time pressures
  • Hand-son approach, will to ‘muck in’ during busy periods
  • Problem solver
  • Strong written English & grammar
