Our growing Banbury-based client, from within the leisure industry, are recruiting for a new Customer Service Executive, to join a growing team!

Primary Job Duties:

  • Answer customer service “Contact Us” messages via telephone, website or LiveChat promptly to enhance the customer service experience – all using HubSpot tickets to enable tracking of CS issues.
  • Providing feedback to the Team Manager about common issues & comments.
  • Maintain best practices for efficient, professional communication with customers ensuring good knowledge of the company, the clubs we work in partnership with and membership product we provide
  • Be alert to sales opportunities and strive to contribute to member retention by increasing customer satisfaction

Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • Good communication skills including an eye for correct English spelling and grammar;
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Word
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to empathise
  • Able to work collaboratively as a Team, but also to be self-reliant and motivated;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quick to learn;

You must be able to work on a Saturday or Sunday until midday to assist with client enquiries!
