We’re currently recruiting for a new Customer Service Agent, for a well-known European brand, working at their Banbury site.

The Role

The Customer Service Agent, an office based role, will be responsible for answering online customer queries, through a variety of platforms. The role will be working on a shift pattern of early, day & later shifts, as well as one in three weekends. Experience of online chat support would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer general enquiries via online chat, social media & email, such as queries on price, product, stock or any other queries
  • Assisting with technical advice
  • Store and retrieve customer information via CRM database
  • After sales support for online shop

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year’s Customer Service Experience
  • Great communications skills – both written & verbal
  • Experience of online chat customer service platform
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good initiative

Working Hours

  • Shifts of either 07:00am – 15:30pm, 10:00am -18:30pm OR 12:30pm – 21:00pm
  • Also 1 in 3 weekends
