We’re recruiting for a busy, varied Customer Service Advisor role to join our busy specialist client, in Brackley, working on both a domestic and commercial level.

The Role

A variable and interesting role, the Customer Service Advisor will handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries and processing a variety of orders. A great attention to detail and an enthusiastic personality are key to this role! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Customers to arrange deliveries
  • High Level Customer Service
  • Handling Incoming Calls & Queries
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth organisation and running of deliveries and installations
  • Preparing and Sending Schedule Reports
  • Printing / Checking driver route paperwork
  • Accurately recording information onto Database

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years office-based Customer Service experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Initiative

Other information

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday; alternating between 09:00am – 18:00pm & 08:00am – 17:00pm
  • Own transport is required due to rural location
  • Free on-site parking
