We’re recruiting for a new Customer Service Advisor, working for a established logistics business, located near to Banbury.

The Role

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer queries, as well as all related documentation. The role will require someone with an up-beat personality, real customer focus, always approaching tasks with a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer calls / queries & complaints
  • Issuing quotations
  • Liaising for contractors and suppliers
  • Updating information on database
  • Processing paperwork
  • Compiling & issuing reports

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years within a customer service / admin role
  • Confident communicator
  • Problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational skills
  • Self motivated
  • Able to multi-task
  • Attention to detail

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 18:00pm.
