We’re recruiting for a new Customer Sales Executive job based in Banbury for a large corporate, multi-national business.

The Role

The Customer Sales Executive is a highly customer-focused position, handling complex incoming B2B orders, upselling / cross-selling where possible and assisting customers with a range of order related queries.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with all levels, with a positive attitude and a natural at building customer rapport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming customer orders accurately & efficiently
  • Engage and build rapport with customers regarding their order, as & when required
  • Upsell and cross-sell product range where appropriate
  • Maintain and update all customer information
  • Respond effectively to customer queries, complaints, return requests etc.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant departments

Skills & experience required

  • Previous Admin / Customer Service experience (minimum of 1 year)
  • Highly customer focused
  • Very quick learner
  • Sound written English skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to learn & pick up new systems quickly
  • An upbeat can-do attitude
  • Good IT skills & knowledge.
  • SAP knowledge very desirable, however full systems training will be provided

Working hours; Mon-Fri, 09:00am – 17:00pm.
