Do you have previous telephone Customer Service experience?

We’re recruiting for a 6-month Customer Helpline Agent contract, working for a large retail Business, at their Banbury offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers via telephone, e-mail, letter, social media & online chat
  • Process orders & payments
  • Resolve technical, part identification, price or stock availability queries
  • Raise insurance claims
  • Log information on company system
  • Arrange repairs
  • Online shop aftersales support
  • Handle product returns & warranty claims
  • Raising credit notes
  • Holiday cover

Skills & Experience

  • Telephone-based Customer Service experience, with assertive communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • Good problem-solving skills

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 17:00pm (37.5 hours)
