A new, varied job for a Customer Service Administrator, working for a busy local service provider with a friendly, supportive team.

The company, based near Banbury, are looking for an organised team-player, with a good telephone manner to join the team full time.

The Role

The purpose of the Customer Service Administrator will be to provide a first-rate service to customers over the phone, supporting the customer care team with a varied range of tasks.

The job will require someone with great initiative, strong customer service skills and the ability to get things done!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries / requests
  • Liaise with field engineers & arranging call outs
  • Progress reporting to key stakeholders
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Purchase ordering & returns
  • Stock control
  • Any other relevant tasks

Skills & Experience

  • Customer Service background
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong IT skills including good knowledge of Microsoft Office & SAGE
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Knowledge of construction industry – desired but not essential
  • Ability to work in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment
  • Own transport essential due to location
