We’re recruiting for a Customer Campaign Assistant, working for a Banbury-based communications business.

The Role

The purpose of the Customer Campaign Assistant will be to provide excellent client support through phone and e-mail, support a range of client and internal projects and other ad-hoc administrative support tasks.

The role will require someone with fantastic people skills, unphased by pressure, while able to tackle their work with tenacity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer support phone line & e-mail inbox
  • Able to report regularly on status of inbound queries
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Issuing and invoicing promo codes
  • Work closely with client services on client projects
  • Working on a variety of internal projects with project & sales teams
  • Research tasks
  • Reporting

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal communicator & writing skills
  • Strong customer focus, able to build rapport with all levels
  • Able to use own initiative to solve problems
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise heavy workload
  • Very well organised
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Microsoft Office skills
