Have you got basic office experience and a great attention to detail? Are you looking to get into a new full-time, office-based job?

We’re recruiting for an enthusiastic Cash Administrator job in Banbury, working for a well known, UK-based financial business.

The purpose of the job will be to handle all incoming cheques & BACs payments, ensuring all payments are allocated to client ledgers on the day of receipt, line with customer Service Level Agreements.

You’re not expected to be a finance expert, with all necessary training given!

The main roles & responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating receipts to invoices
  • Identifying errors or issues
  • Answering client or internal queries
  • Reconcile complex receipts & no info items, liaising with all relevant parties as required

Key skills / experience required must include:

  • Approximately 1 year’s experience within an office OR perhaps financial/banking services experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Solid IT skills & accurate data entry
  • Good communicator, both verbal & written
  • Self-motivated
  • Numerate
  • Team player

Working hours will be 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Benefits include a good pension scheme, childcare vouchers, free car parking & 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
