Are you an accurate and motivated Administrator, looking for a new, varied challenge?

We’re recruiting for a busy, new Administrator role to join our busy, specialist Brackley-based client, a supplier of premium specialist goods.

The Role

A varied and fast-paced role, as an Administrator, you will handle a range of customer order administration, with a small element of customer service over the phone.

Accuracy and a meticulous attention to detail are crucial for this varied admin role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Customers regarding their orders
  • Resolving Queries
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth organisation and running of deliveries and installations
  • Preparing and Sending Schedule Reports
  • Printing / Checking driver route paperwork
  • Accurately recording information onto Database

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years office-based admin or Customer Service experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • Confident working with figures
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Initiative

Other information

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday; alternating between 09:00am – 18:00pm & 08:00am – 17:00pm
  • Own transport is required due to rural location
  • Free on-site parking
