We’re recruiting for a new Accounts Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis, working for a technical, multinational manufacturer, based at their Banbury site.

The Role

The Accounts & Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for providing a variety of admin support to both the sales and accounts teams.

The job requires a switched-on, motivated and methodical candidate who can hit the ground running and ultilise a good basic understanding of accounts processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts duties – assisting Financial Controller with purchase ledger, raising purchase orders, credit control, credit checks, processing payments, invoicing
  • Sales support – monitoring sales inbox, processing orders, entering onto SAP, running sales reports, responding to customer queries over the phone and through e-mail
  • General admin support – filing, post,

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an admin role
  • Accounts experience, with a sound understanding of Sales / Purchase Ledger
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of SAP advantageous
  • Confident communicator
  • Excellent organisational skills

Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm
